Third Party International, Inc. (TPI) is a consulting company specializing in marketing support. Established in 1987, TPI has worked with companies to expand markets and introduce products in over 50 countries. We offer a wide range of services focused on expanding markets and increasing sales and profits for companies offering software, hardware, and professional services.

EXPERTS ON OUR TEAM

TPI was founded by Nickolai Vasilieff. Since 1987 TPI has worked with over 300 software titles and provided marketing consulting and management services to companies including Intuit, Control Data Corporation, Virtual Management, Corp. (for Autodesk, Inc.), Advanced Rendering Technology, Cyco Software, PI Integrated Systems, Inc., DCA Engineering (became Softdesk, Inc. - now part of Autodesk, Inc.), LandCADD (now Eagle Point), and Softsource, Inc.  Nick also established and operated the first direct technical software sales company in the UK (Software Direct, Ltd.) and has continued to develop and maintain contact with a world wide network of distributors, resellers, media contacts, and associates in the technical software field. Nick has a degree in electrictronic engineering, business management, advanced studies in psychology and has started and managed 11 companies.  He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial business, marketing, and management skills to his position as President of Third Party International, Inc. Nick also acts as manager of the Consulting Division. 

Janet Vasilieff joined TPI in 1993 as a general partner. With a degree in marketing, a strong background in business management, advanced studies in psychology, and experience in managing technical product sales and response services for such clients as Intel and Hewlett Packard, she assumed management of inbound and outbound telemarketing activities at TPI. In 1995 Third Party International formed the Marketing Management division, and Janet was appointed Vice President and CFO for Third Party International, Inc. As well as corporate-officer responsibilities, Janet contributes as project manager for various activities in the Marketing Management division.

Cheryl Teigen joined TPI in 1995. Cheryl holds a degree in Psychology and has over 10 years experience in management, marketing, and sale of technical products. Prior to joining TPI, Cheryl worked with an AutoCAD System Center (Main Dealer) where she gained hands-on experience with AutoCAD and many third parties programs as well as experience managing both end user and dealer sales and support. Her experience includes application and sale of architectural, mechanical and GIS/Mapping applications. Since joining TPI, Cheryl has managed the implementation of a wide range of marketing campaigns and now holds the position of general manager at Third Party International, Inc. Along with being general manager, Cheryl acts as project manager for various activities in the Marketing Management division.

Tina Swangard is the newest member of the TPI team. She built the call prediction and recording protocols, and refined the reporting processes of TPI's marketing tracking. She is the guardian angel of the databases, and appears on a regular basis in order to manipulate data for TPI. Her background is in mechanical engineering, consulting administration, and project management.

To compliment the three managing partners of Third Party International, Inc., TPI hires full and part-time professionals in a wide range of disciplines to fill the specific needs of each marketing activity. Each professional working with TPI is under the direct supervision of one of the managing partners on all projects.
